Barbara L. Pearce
Barbara is the President & CEO of Pearce Real Estate Company. A graduate of both Radcliffe and Harvard, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Psychology and Social Relations from Radcliffe and the degrees of Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Harvard University. In 1981, Barbara joined her father, Herb Pearce, as an officer of the Pearce Company. Since she has taken on that role, the company has expanded its specialized services and grown its market share exponentially. In the community, Barbara has served as a strong advocate for the Greater New Haven Region, sitting on the boards of many non-profit organizations. She is a chairman of the board for Women Organizing Women (WOW), and Past Chair of; Long Wharf Theatre; Hospital of Saint Raphael; Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA); Regional Leadership Council; Greater New Haven Board of Realtors; United Way of Greater New Haven; and, most recently, the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven.
